Opal is a delicate stone with a fine vibration. It enhances consciousness and induces psychic and mystical visions. 

Black-Brown-Gray Opal resonates with the sacral chakra and the reproductive organs. It is particularly useful for releasing sexual tension that arises from an emotional cause and for processing and integrating newly released emotions.  
Blue Opal is an emotional soother that realigns to spiritual purpose. It resonates with the throat chakra and can enhance communication, especially of that which has been suppressed through lack of confidence. It is useful when past-life experiences or injuries are effecting the present life, as these can be healed through the etheric blueprint.

Parts Used: Seeds
Collection: The seeds should be collected when fully ripe, that is when they have turned brown. They should be spread out to dry, but not in artificial heat. 

Dill is an excellent remedy flatulence and the colic that is sometimes associated with it. This is the herb of choice in the colic of children. It will stimulate the flow of milk in nursing mothers. Chewing the seeds will clear up bad breath (halitosis). 

Infusion: pour a cup of boiling water onto 1- 2 teaspoonfuls of the gently crushed seeds and let infuse for 10-15 minutes. For the treatment of flatulence, take a cup before meals.
