Gills: Close, decurrent; white to ochraceous.
Stalk: Lateral, short, solid; whitish to grayish.
Spore Print: white
Occurrence: In small groups or clusters on the ground, often arising from buried wood; saprobic; fall; occasional.
Edibility: Edible.
