The name of this, could be a funny joke. I'm so immature! MUSHROOM!!

Common Name: Veiled Panus




Width of cap: 3/8 - 3/4 in
Cap: Convex and pendulous, kidney-shaped, shell-shaped, cup-like, or nearly round in outline, Margin inrolled, often with attached remnants of a membranous partial veil; brown to reddish brown; Flesh tough
Gills: Radiating from a short stub-like stalk or point of attachment; close to moderately well-spaced; colored like the cap or paler; at first concealed by a thin whitish buff of membranous veil. 
Stalk: Often lacking; when present, eccentric and very short, or expressed as a short lateral extension of the cap.
Spore Print: White
Occurrence: In groups or clusters on fallen twigs and small branches of broad-leaved trees; saprobic; summer to early winter; occasional
Edibility: UNKNOWN. Too small to be of culinary interest.
